Yes, Micro balloons and epoxy. Turn the ski on its side. You can pour it in then brush it a liltle. Just do one side, then let it dry, before you do the other. It looks like you have a good motor set up. Should be a fun build.

Never tried clouse22's way, sounds like it would work. Way most do it is to put the pump in and tighten the front ones up snug then shim the rear until the shaft is centered in the bulk head. You can use a pry bar to move it left or right. when centered tighten all bolts and recheck. Then...

I agree, black is sweet with bright turf. If had to do it all over again when I first got addicted I'd just get rid of everything and get one nice Aftermarket Hull! You can thank me later.

Check the little white box next to the conversations you want to delete. Then choose end conversations. It will erase them.

They wear shoes. Surfers wear booties just like ours. Gets better grip, keeps from slipping out.

The Molded Diamond is also more durable, and won't rip as easy when installing on tight corners. Some guys around here use surf board wax on top of the turf for better grip. Doesn't look pritty, but it works.

Give up riding for a bit, and work a few extra days. This way you can afford a better set-up, and have more fun when you ride.

Take the shoe that you are going to ride with. Cut out some cardboard to fit over how you like it. Then wrap the cardboard with plastic (garbage bag works nice) and duck tape the edges tight from under neath, after you pull your shoe out. Now your are ready to lay glass over the plastic bag...

I only ride in the ocean. It is set up for low end power. Still seams pritty fast at full throttle. Not as as stable as a stock ski at this speed, Have to give up something for better turning and handling in the waves though. I put in breather tubes that go through pole and bracket. Thanks.

After glueing the padding you can sand it with a grinder equipped with an 80 grit sand paper disc. Sand pockets for your boots, ect. Shape the rear lip however you want it.
