Super Jet My first jet skis, I need some advice!

The water should be ok, but I wouldn't spend much $ on the 650, save that 1 for a buddy to ride and concentrate more on built 701. Jetmaniac is the guy for parts here on the x. http://www.x-h2o.com/index.php?threads/jetmaniac-master-parts-list-new-used-yamaha-and-custom-build-parts.85372/

    mmf waterbox x2

You can cap off that port to get the most out of the box. Put the FCV or restrictor before the stinger in the pipe.

    650/X-2 lightened flywheel advantage/disadvantage

Faster acceleration and better throttle response. Shouldn't be any disadvantage.

    How to make Hand Warmers

Alright, I believe what has been said, so what does everyone think about putting a one way valve right after the head pipe. I like the temp of the water that comes out of the grips. With the dual cooling the other pisser doesn't even feel warm. If i can find a 1 way valce with a 3/8 fitting...

    How to make Hand Warmers

Here is how I did my hand warmers. Take a water line of your choosing and route it up to the handle bars, then, Drill and tap a hole in the center of the bars and attach a threaded 90 degree brass fitting. Drill a hole or two through the grip. Add a little sillicon to the bar end cap...

Other Help on using this site?

You click on the person you want to talk to and hit start conversation. It took a minute to get used to, but I like the contrast, layout ect. Its a great site and tool for jet ski enthusiasts. Give it a lil time.

I assembled mine using Rdrttoy's method. It works and is easy to do. Filled it with a little ATF. No troubles so far.

    300/440/550 1986 JS 550 first rebuild thread

I wouldnt pull it if it spins easy. It can be hard to get out. The Kawis pump shoe is glued in the hull. It is the bottom of the ski, no one sees down there and its usually always scratched up.

There are people out there already. You wont be solo. They should be camping around pole 4.

Where are you from? Are you going to be out sat/sun too? Wear a lanyard, or turn the idle down so the ski dies. Bad luck to keep it going!
