Not really , the pump had a rattle. I pulled the pump and the impeller was on the drive shaft, Not threaded onto the new pump shaft. Where I left it, tighten 3 gal. Ago. If thrust tightens the impeller , How can it loosen? Carrier and pump bearing all turn fine.

Hello June 21 ,Friday what we've done in the past is set up camp at the state park. Then ride that side from PB1 ( public boat ramp 1) That ramp is right next to the camp ground. The water is calm which makes for a good warm up . Sat. Is Pb2 . Some ride Sunday morn.
