Jet Ski parts? What are those? LOL.... you should come stick your head in my closet and see all the
( hidden from the wife of course ) goodies I have. My favorite so far is the ATP billet battery tray.
Main reason I sold my SPX and just plan on having 1 ski ( limit liability exposure ) for me. Think riding a stand up is a rush ? Just let some friends ( possibly drinking ) hop on your ski and start flying around..... They are driving and your entire life's savings is riding on the back holding...
I am thinking of just sealing up the scupper in my new 50 cal when I get it. IMO the bilge pump would save you in most situations. A scupper is just another way for water to come in but that's just me. I always watch my bilge fitting for water and when I fall off ( Big Ass Dismount lol ) on my...
Sorry to go OT. It bobed about 20-30 mins. That's about how long it took to get towed to shore. One guy we ride with wears a short tow rope wraped around his waist so as soon as it went down it was being towed in. I can say the entire time it was being towed it was completely full of water...
I have 2 really nice FX1s for sale. 1 is a mint condition hull only. Riding the surf especially on choppy windy days with an FX1 is just to much work! The new after market hulls are just so stable and turn so well on the face of the wave. IMO you have to do so much glass work to an FX1 to get...
Chris from Krash told me there was foam in the tray. I asked him the same question. Now will it sub or swim I did not ask. My guess is you better hope your gas tank is toward the empty side if you start to take on lots of water.
Thanks for the extra pics!
Yea I guess I am going to have to get a new prop as well. Now I have something to look for over the next 2+ months. Seems like they would offer a choice of a couple of different pitches as there is going to be different budgets for engines.
I am hoping to get away with my 718 GroupK Sleeper with a Factory Bpipe and factory flywheel that was lightened. If that does not work I have another motor to send off and have built ( Big Bore 790 ) Maybe a couple more pics of engine compartment and down the bond rail. What was the pitch of...
Custom built trailer is going to cost a lot more $$! You need to find one in a size that will work for you. Look for John boat trailers and put custom rails.
Update....they said the best they could due was $2k. No Sea Saucer for me. Would of been great for girl, dog and bar hoping the sandbars! Maybe they will change their minds in a few months.
LOL.... I thought about buying it to rent out at FT George! I am also considering an Aqua Trike. I would probaly have to Sucure a brass pole somewhere on the Saucer to make money with it.
Edit.... Could not help myself. I offered them $1,500 cash for it.
