I said it over on your Instagram a while back. 3m adhesion promoter for your bumpers. Clean the bond rails really good with mineral spirits or denatured alcohol, then apply the adhesion promoter. Stick on your new bumpers using lots of pressure. Third times the charm! Listen to @37 on tuning...
