You cant use any sideways force when you put it on. Just down pressure. Just start pushing backwards on it starting at the part thats not in the groove and it will eventually sit in there like it should

Its cause there is too much sideways force on the o ring and its being stretched out.

My set up is with an oem rn pole, no experience with a kp pole, never heard of it. But if its designed for the rn superjet it should work with an the blowsion spring. You should talk to @JetManiac He will know what you need and probably has it in stock.

I have and still use that bracket on my main sn ski. I use the blowsion rn spring.it took a minute to make sense of the spring fitting, but the pole has no weight to it riding. I know nothing about kawi 750 springs but a blowsion rn spring on sn with rad duded bracket works great. No cutting...

It runs fine if you leave the trim alone under load? What about cranking the bars left or right? These are seperate systems. Output of motor feeds input of pump.

Can you recreate it on the trailer? Trim pulled with throttle?

In theory yes. For trikes you cant do it. Plus your body weight makes up for engine in back. For bikes, well you need to turn.

Ill take it a step further and say buy the tools to measure the prop. Some of the stories ive seen about how off their prop was read like troll/meme fan-fic.
