Does anyone have anything high in protein that is healthy and easy to make for lunch at work? I'm sick of sandwiches and salads can get old too...any ideas? I lift 2-4 days a week and play hockey 1-3 days a week so a healthy high protein lunch makes me feel much better about things...

The hulls on the 08s and up are different and the pump is set back and they come with a SS prop. They handle great and it still has the 701 that most people love.

Awesome guys thanks. I also read somewhere that people were using some substitutes for the 25mm underpad. I want to ride this weekend and I don't have time to wait for the underpad to ship from hydro turf. Is there a legitimate substitute for the hyrdoturf padding?

Is it really necessary to get all of it off before applying new glue and turf? I have read a few times that you don't have to get all of it off and it will adhere to itself. Is this true?
