Don't need titles in WI. You could go to the wi dnr website, register the hin, get a registration card and numbers and you're legal. That's the end of it.
If you found someone in a state like that then your problems are over. Transfer the ski in and out of that state.
It's all about body rotation. Crank it all the way left or right at the top of the wave or just before lift off. As this is happening your head and body should already be looking 180 behind you. Your body will naturally pull the ski.
