I'm doing the hood for Burlew. He wants to ride bad and start doing up some shows with Josh. Thats Josh's ride buddy so they both need to ride the same name or that would look weird. Right? Let me work on the hood deal (tooling). If a lot sell and mucho guys call saying I need the lightest...
You can put a lot of engines in the evo. Kawi 750,800 and 1100. Yamaha 62t and 66e. Polaris 800/1000. Sea doo 785 and 951. It requires the use of a kawi based pump, drive shaft, and bearing. With a 62t you would have a ton of room and be very light.
I'm with you on that thought I love kawi setup. But there are so many guys asking for the yami. I could build one even lighter than my kawi build since it is smaller and be as strong. We are talking a lot about this idea. But don't you sj guys hold me to it. There still is a big demand for the...
Thanks for the good words. Superjet I don't know just yet? My first order of business is to move a few of these bad boys lining up for customers. Take care of Josh Lustic. Jonny Smith and I will tackle the race end of kawi. Then.............I'm doing a sj hood. Jonny has a few stock sj rn...
Hey Sean, This will help. Exhaust and engine bed plates will be done by sat. Then glue the upper/lower and tape the inner bond line and she is off to you. Enjoy the pics. :bananajump: [/IMG]
Good idea this double talk is getting old. Stunt bike mike your double backy talk is old news. I know a guy who is talking about trying a triple back, but I can't say who it is. :outtahere:
I think if he stayed tucked on the first flip he would have easily pulled it. But he was just going for one and over rotated. That is not who stunt bike mike is talking about. I don't think the guy he is talking about will do it. When is it going down.:Banane01:
My guess is the bone yard she was a little rough. It did its job for the wf. Here's some pics of the other project. All this was done by me in my garage at the time. Some plugs finishing up to go to mold.:dunno:
I didn't completely build this ski. I fabricated the upper, lower and hood parts etc. Malone finished it and there is no need to see those pics. Not pretty.
It was a rushed project and was a prototype. This project followed with the new eme which was cut and paste of a kawi/ polaris. Which...
I' m only about the truth on this deal. I talked to waterfreak once about this crap. Waterfreak you don't know, so don't speak for others. Go do your thing. Let Malone take care of himself.
Maybe I can give you all the details, pics and invoices. I lived the truth. And so did Brad and Josh Lustic. Not to mention Lloyd Burlew. Waterfreak you know only half the story. Sorry for sounding like a jerk, but a few people were hurt and lied to. It was not good times.
Yes sir. Thanks again for all the compliments guys. My only goal is to build the best quality and strongest product in the world. I set my standards very high. I'm my own worst enemy sometimes. As far as superjet parts I will be doing a hood and nose piece to start. Lloyd Burlew just bought a...
Here are some hood pics. One of these babies belongs to Sean Harmon's EVO Pro. Each hood has a manufacture sticker with the date completed along with their weight under a light layer of glass cloth.
More pics of progress on Sean Harmon's EVO Pro. These pics show the mounting of the pump to set the bulkhead and bearing. Also all the holes for the threaded inserts and shaft opening are indexed into the part from the mold. Which allows me to drill and mount. No mock up or possible mistakes...
I can't talk about that. I've spent over three years reading the hulls from the first one I built. These hulls are the best I can build with the materials available to date. Thank you to all with the comments and more pics to come in the next few days. :bananapowerslide:
