Made up a helmet mount for my GoPro and shot some creek vid. The water was super clean and clear this weekend so it made for good filming....The helmet cam angle is like being in my head...Enjoy! :Banane35:

I wish someone would make a composite based pole with alloy ends and fill it with floatation so that the ski would right itself if it got rolled in the surf instead of lying upside down until it sinks...........It would also be cool if someone made one that had a counterbalance spring to make...
Every FX I've owned has leaked like a sieve through the steering cable tube (even with brand new seals/cable/comression nut/etc..). I would never even dream of parking my ski in the water like they do with sitdowns.
It's easy to check this by just pulling the engine cover and looking at the...
I tried my new Gopro for the first time Sunday and filmed one of our high tide creek rides.
While cruising the open bay between creeks, a Piper J-3 Cub came down and buzzed us......he must of seen us carving up the creeks and decided to join in the crankin' and bankin'! It was cool.....he was...
You've got something wrong.....FXs are really dry if everything is right. I've been riding mine for 12 years and have never needed a bilge pump.
I'm assuming your factory bilge is connected?? I would check it....it seems a lot of people disconnect it....I have no idea why????
I think the best advice is "Practice"......The hard part is doing it when you have to. It's one thing to go out and carve around in open space, it's another to carve WFO turns in creeks or around buoys where you "must" turn at an exact point or else!
Here's an example of one of our spots....this is just the middle section of an 18 miles loop we run:

That came out great!! I'm in tears, giggling my a$$ off......that was sooo much fun!! Some of that shiz is like a foot wide and we were WFO the whole way....it's stupid fun!
The wide angle lense takes a couple mins to get used to but it's a cool perspective.....it just makes that stuff look a...
I love my wetjet mani.....I run a 46, but I'm sure a 44 will run great. You have to elongate the mounting holes on the 44mm carb to match the mani though. It's not an earth shattering difference, but it is a nice overall improvement from to low to mid R's.
Oh yeah, I'm running stock reeds too.
