in the past years we have been to Havasu several times for WF and every year i regret not picking up a small scooter/minibike etc for the every day trip from the house to the beach or store or otherwise...

I have had REV's in my Square, installed RRP in our RN and have a BOB3 now, and I think by far best soltion are the BOB3's footholds. The main reason why i preferr them is that i can actualy keep my feet straight not angled and the fact that they are adjustable in angle and height.....REV's are...
they are hiding the disguised mini scupper on bottom right...not worried about the pump
This " mini scupper" is a micro boost which can be triggered with a push button for extra thrust....which enables 540 degree helicopters with ease
thats a tough one, if in doubt pull apart, i must admit i have had several engines that made clicking noises and seemed to have play and i ran them and nothing ever happend, but if in doubt . pull apart
dude , replace your grate its the wrong one, replace the dam nozzle to 62 T and you will be rockin , possible try longer ride plate ( deflection )
and stop spending money on rickter stuff..:0) loooool
Conclusion as follows ....
2 shredded threads in rear of pump gave pump play >> vibration forced driveshaft to put pressure on barings and rub impeller on wear ring/pump housing >> pump housing crakced which furthermored dislocated wear ring >> ultimately baring gave out >>
I think i have it...
Block the side little one on headpipe and proceed with standard waterline routing dual cooling as shown in numerous diagrams posted, restrict stinger line to 4mm instead of jetworks flow control valve....that was the best set up i got after numerous different attempts
