the bilge can crank despite almost dead battery.... on the starter relay jump the to large red ones and see if it cranks as previous posts

just want to throw this out there....we never had any lightened flywheel fail from jet maniac or #0 , there are several people currently offering these services but just shaving off or drilling holes without proper tools and knowledge is careless....just my 0.2

u are 100% sure they are not backwards ?? Well anyway the ones we installed in the past several different suppliers we often had to bend them, shave some stuff depending on how well the fitment was.

I thought the deck would split much faster...then I guess initial set up only... The engine sits back like it used to be in the BOB, I disliked that a bunch I bet u had a tad more room if the tank wouldn't be so big ? Is the e box mounted side from design ?

cut the pink into slices stack up as much as possible, ( as u already did ) poor a small layer of 2 part on top, easier to sand flat ..... stick to parts of pink under your arm pits when riding u should be fine ;0) .......juuuust kidding u are getting close to completion now....
