What others have said, my skis pop off right away if I ride regularly but if they sit for a couple of weeks, I wrap my towel around the flame arrestor and crank it a couple times before I hit the lake.

Didn't get it wet but I finally pulled it out of the garage and got it cleaned up a bit. Which allowed for some breathing room and space to finish up some projects. I also took that Octane out for a spin on Saturday, love it. That will likely be my next ski.

Can you elaborate on the tailcone modification (both what you did and why)? Can it fit in the hull with the outlet in it's current configuration if I just run the exhaust tube out that side and through the firewall into a raider box?

I know the outlet is pointed the wrong direction but does anybody know if this physically fits inside a blaster without hitting the hull?
