I haven't seen it done yet. The FX has a cool feature in that the stock rear is cut at an angle on each side. I believe that gives it good stability at speed but keeps it very flickable.
Yes, using the base gasket as a template I bored the cases and then ported them. Mostly freestyle as far as design of intake porting, but made simple templates to ensure conformity bewteen cylinders.
I took advantage of this deal and snagged several sheets. Mike was very good to deal with!
Thanks to Nick and Hydro-Turf for hooking this up!! :You_Rock_Emoticon:
I'll be riding the whole week prior to the actual event and I'll probably be junk by the time the actual event comes around, but my plan is....ride, party, recover, ride, party, recover.....lather/rinse/repeat!
After 10 days of riding a couple tanks a day....I'll be junk!!......but with a smile!
Sorry...I'm a bad reference for this I guess.....I don't use foot holds or straps anywhere in my tray. I like the front hold for storage and it gives me some feedback on where I am in the tray......I'm all over the tray when I ride and never, ever lock into anything.
