Seeing as the OP has a SXR, his only option on a BOB would be the Gen2... which is wayyyyyyyy different from the Gen1 you had. Gen2 is more stable and user-friendly (if thats the right term?) than the Gen1.

I'm gonna be totally honest, I don't even notice the waving while I'm doing a routine. It's almost like a natural reflex from landing a roll or something, especially landing a one handed or no handed whatever. I think its just cause we aren't on the gas as much as we were back in the day, so...

I would assume the weld in the middle is to hold in the baffle inside the waterbox. All the PFP Waterboxes we have are exactly the same (minus the crack, of course).

Keep in mind, they have a lot of stuff that we don't - ramps that are always the same, suspension set ups, brakes (for front flips etc.) and not to mention a better power-to-weight ratio. I'd say we're doing awesome for the equipment that we have, but there definitely is room to grow.
