Ok, thanks. How do I get to the inside of this to seal it? I got the outside about as well as I could, but I don't want to take chances here.

I think the through-hull fitting on my SN steering cable leaks a bit. Would be a pain to replace it cause the previous owner epoxied it in. Will this leak into the under-tray area, or just into the cable guide tube that leads into the engine compartment?
