Is the battery hooked up to the wrong side of the solenoid?
The red wire from the battery should connect to the same side of the solenoid as the red wire that goes up to the start/stop.
Can you snap a pic?
Have you looked at your start/stop switch? You should have power going up to the switch on a red wire, through the lanyard button and then back down on the brown wire to your solenoid.
The third lump was ground off but I can't attest to checking any of the other points.
I do remember moving my timing lead from plug to plug a few times and I don't recall any differences or changes. It's more of a spot check.
All my testing was done prior to them making the Zeal function with...
I have been using Avast for 10+ years now but experts I trust swear that Windows Defender is more than adequate.
I have added a VPN to one of my old PC's that I use for downloads and such.
I have the VPN on my main PC as well but it interferes with some of my streaming software, (Playon), so I...
He's a great kid so it was a pleasure to help out and really quite fun.
We hired him right out of tech school, away from all his friends and family back in Louisiana so he’s on his own here. We are a great team at work so I don’t see why it would be any different after hours.

You should be able to...we have in the past anyways...
How many posts do you have on the forum?
You may still have a few limitations until you get like 7 or 8 posts under your belt.
Test, TEST, TSET...your momma!
Tossed new batteries in these and took them to the lake for the fourth of July weekend for a couple friends and perspective buys test them out.
They both cranked right up and ran solid all weekend after sitting for the better part of 4 years.
So solid in fact we decided that they can sit for...

My view yesterday. Went up to Charleston to visit the In-laws and take them to the latest F9 movie and Dad wanted me to join him at Cars and Coffee.
Luckily it was cancelled due to a risk of rain and we were the only ones there cause when we pulled in, something shorted in the steering column...
The trim pot and parallel resistors is my preferred method and gives you the best options for rev limiter.
All the information you need to be successful is in this thread so you are in the right spot to get it done.
