Took her out yesterday! And shes deff running cooler but still hotter then I would like. With the original thru hull tube the manifold, headpipe and chamber would steam and sizzle when I splashed water on them. Now the cylinder temps are staying around 140, and no more water sizzle anywhere...

When you hit the start button do you hear a click in the ebox? Try Unpluging the blk/white wire from your start/stop switch and see what happens. If it works try using a thicker lanyard that lifts the kill button up more.
