I run this one on my edge. Did it to save a little weight, But not huge amounts. I would stay with the alum tubes. If your plan is to get an Edge, then stick with the RRP pole. They look funy with any other pole on them!!!!!!!!

Surf skis can take more of a beating the a flat water. You dont build a light ski to surf ride on. Save your money.

Avg temp all day was around 33 degrees. Cold as hell. Had a propane chimney heater going. They made us turn it off. Said the flames were scaring the horses....
