Shortly after my last update I was able to get the gunnels reinforced. I filled the bond line with thickened epoxy and chopped strand then I used 1 layer of 1708 biax. It came out great!
Once I finished with that I added some reinforcement to the corners of the pump tunnel and rear of the ski.

When I built my SN I ordered an OEM through hull exhaust tube for a 1996 Superjet. I dremeled the holes in the hull larger and installed it just fine. However for my FX-1, the through hull tube is angled at the exit, so I cant just use an OEM 1996 through hull...
Reviving an old thread, but I have the same question... What steering cable will work for the 144 pump tunnel conversion? Im using pre-08 stock superjet length driveshaft, RRP handlepole that will be shorter than stock.
Just to be clear, are we talking 2 3/8" ID or OD for the RN exhaust tube? Im about to order a tube for my FX-1 project...
