I work from home, so it's a bit flexible but I'm only an eighth mile from the lake so an hour break is a decent ride.

Just to update this thread, I used the above mentioned drop assembly a handful of times in the past week and it does the trick nicely. There is a slight bit more play obviously from doubling up receivers but the turnbuckle setup on my hauler works well at removing a good amount of the slop by...
