The guy that started the thread http://www.x-h2o.com/threads/55477 sums up what I would like to be done on here, but it was not really looked at with much consideration so I made this thread instead.
Basically what I think would be a great thing as well as the other guy in the last thread...
If flipping over the handlebars; faceplanting, getting my visor stuck in the sand in the rushing water on the beach is a trick, then I call dibs on that. I will call it the "oh :-):-):-):-)." Because thats what was going through my mind at the time...

Nuts, dairy products, oils, peanut butter are calories. Most aerobic threshold athletes include some of these items in their diet because of how many calories they burn daily. Also good for gaining muscle mass. I would not recommend the items I quoted for losing weight.
