Can you still get et967's? I would go with a TPE stock stroke 900. Then whatever TPE says to do with it. Probably going to want a 148 or 155 pump as well.

You could pack it with a stainless mesh like steel wool to help dampen the sound. Not sure how that would effect water drainage though.
