That sounds like a ton of work! Now that you are super old you probably need a boat size SJ or 1500 to make into a fixie. =P

Found an oem needle on ebay for 19.99. If that doesn't work I will give that SBT one a shot! And if that one doesn't work then might have to switch over to mikunis. =) Thank you!

Shes Alive!! Installed new 8mm sparkplug wires. Cost 40$ shipped with msd boots and was much easier then I expected. *cables pulled right out with little effort. Also updated the starter cable from 6ga to 4ga. But two major issues. Front carb is puking out gas like it doesn't have a needle...

Haha good point. I think the jetsurfs look like a blast but wouldnt want one with a pole. Would also like to hear a review from someone over 200lbs that's ridden one.

Top secret dont tell anyone. The 760 crankshafts are cheaper.

You can occasionaly find a good deal on oem cranks. Wait for blackfriday and places like partzilla to have a 10-20% off coupon.

SBT route is least expensive and most people have a good results with sbt. Hotrods might still be selling 701 cranks too. Just make sure to use oem seals and quality gaskets.
