I think you would like an adjustable set. It is nice to be able to change up/down and forward/back in addition to padding/turf. Footholds still feel weird to me, but a front foot hold is a must have!!!

The rusted bolts aren't really a problem, it just shows some age and that the ski probably wasn't maintained as well as possible.
