That is impressive! Sounds like you need the 6 engine mount bedplates! For the woodruff key as well as small orings and probably more stuff harborfreight sells sets of them. So add a file to your list of things so you can file a down a key to make it fit. =)...

Is there a thread on piston sizes? Like a 84mm pro-x vs Wiesco vs SBT vs WSM? Wondering if you could go up just a hair in size by switching brands.

Yes and yes. Best mod you can do for these is the dry pipe mod and get a nujet, skat, or solas impeller.

Some epoxy spray paint and a sticker. Or do a search for WFO and check out his threads. Tons of info and pictures on hull repair and paint/gelcoat etc. :)
