How big is the water outlet fitting going out for your pisser? If that’s extra big you will lose some pressure there but restricting it will raise temp in motor and exhaust...which might not be all bad. Shoot for 160 ish motor temp with the restriction, once that’s dialed in start loosening up...

Even if your not running the zeeltronic, the 64x cdi should have a better stock timing curve than 62T for the 64x had a pretty good stock exhaust

I got my zeeltronic 6 months ago or so, I never unhook my battery and it doesn’t seem to die at least as far as I can tell. I always just assumed the auto power down was always there. I’ve had stock ignition, then ran an enhancer, but this is by far the best setup!

what impeller are you running??? I am running the same trim setup as you it sounds like (trim cable and springs to return it to neutral) and I set my impeller back about 4mm and it increased the hook up dramatically, my motor is already running 180 psi compression with a few mods and the pump...

I meant mat or chopped glass* :) always try to use mat, too much resin will pry crack eventually. just cut it small or in small pieces and keep building it up, then wax paper over it, then install and tighten the pump, it takes time but totally worth it. Just got my done and have done a little...

I did that too, get your bolt mounting surfaces all done first where you want them, them put some may and resin in the shoe area, put a piece of wax paper over that and then mount the pump, after the resin dries you can remove the pump and have a perfect mold. I like to remove the pump before...
