yes,better to have both cooling lines going into engine and then let some hot water from engine go into pipe to cool it. running a cold line into pipe is not best for making power. you can add a fitting between exhaust ports directly on cylinder and put 2nd cooling there or some engine builders...

copper and babbitt plated steel. they usually come with the rod and bearing kits. can't recall seeing them sold separately.you could ask crankworks or competitive crank...
