2003 SXR Electronics Differences
04 up cdi runs off the battery. 03' cdi runs of stator coils. you can use 03 stator with 04 up cdi by not using the wires that power the cdi but cannot use an 03 cdi with 04 up stator. -

Superjet vs sitdown 144mm pump differences?
other than the water outlets and the large fitting on some stators,it should interchange i thought. you mean the 4 long bolts have different diameter? sure it's not a 148/155mm? -

mix up ported manifold with non ported headpipe
not the best but it will work. why not port the headpipe too? most motors need it anyway. -

Goki reed adapter
if you want to keep a 550 engine in it,yes they work well but you will need to port the cylinder and cut pistons following their instructions. if you want to go fast,a 650/701/750 mod is better.- restosud

what exactly do you want done? just cut the head or recut the domes after resurfacing? be specific -

Oil in stator area = bad crankseals?
oil pump leaking? not sure if raiders have oil injection though. unless someone put oil in there, the only possibility is through the seal.
