is our sport growing? or it the same. I thought it was starting to grow. so its just gonna be freeride events then cause there is a snowballs chance in hell of getting support for an event that may or may not turn out when you can't predict the weather or the waves?

I was discussing my excitement at "the growth of the sport" with a friend and he shot me down saying what growth? since racing was big way back to now it has not moved much at all. compared to MX or the x games our sport is boring to watch. this was his explanation to me. people come and go...
