Mine still sparked when installing the fuse after I left it out overnight. I pulled the box out today & it smells bad. Nothing smells like burned electrical boxes! Shipped it to MSD today, should be back next week. Gotta finish my other Ski tomorrow!

Going to call Chuckie on Monday, Already did the start/Stop wire (Crammit told me about that), I have power going into the box & I bypassed my switch (Purple wire) & put 12V's to it. No light on the MSD box, no spark! Going back to the shop now to double check everything for the 3rd time.

Plus the cops are watching from shore now. Rode Thursday after work (aftern 5:00), Damn cop(s) waved me in. Said no riding within 600ft of the shore! Not looking good these days for the Spot!

The water is nice now, riding 2-3 times a week now! It sounds like a lot, but this motor drinks some gas!

No oil on the front cover, its just a plug. I think its for checking timing, my 750SXI has one. Pipe appears stock

Starting to come together. Got the Pole & pump back together. Ski weights 168 lbs (Pump, hood, pole, ride plate, midshaft). The box of parts (Engine, Gas tank, Pipe, Water box, nut/bolts, ebox, etc) weights 111 lbs So I'm at 279 I'm thinking it will be 295-300 lbs done with no fuel.
