I wouldnt waste my time or $. Not only the cost to build a motor that is capable, but then having to deal with race gas, every so many hour rebuilds... blah blah blah.... Flatwater is for the rich, if you want to do a flip move closer to the ocean, it will be cheaper, and a hole lot more fun in...
