I wanted to thank Jeff for his work and his word.
In any business you are bound to run into mistakes from time to time. What has impressed me most is Jeff's willingness and enthusiasm to fix my problem. Not only did he fix my problem he has also dealt with my nagging and vented frustrations over the past few months. His actions have far exceeded my expectations. In my experieces it is not very often that people admit their mistakes and it is even less common that they go back and fix them. Jeff went the extra mile with me to keep me as a customer and that meant a lot to me. Whats even more impressive is that after he took care of the problem he continues to answer my calls and deal with my bullsh!t. I know some others in the industry who have been the victims of some unfortunate product and to this day are still without resolve. I am pleased with my decision to buy from Jeff.

I am the proud new owner of an Envy that just arrived last week. I will try and post a build thread if I have time. I am building a 927cc 66e with the new WDK Dry Pipe and a 145 Mag pump. I also need to mention that the work and craftsmanship that I see in WDK products is insane. I couldnt even think up some of the ideas that are in these products let alone being able to build and produce them.
