The jet in the return line is for the updated carbs. If the returns inside the body of the carbs have been opened up, you need the return line restricter. I dont think that causes this problem but it will give you some tuning problems.
The pressure comes from the fuel itself. Its like a fuel jug that you leave out in the sun, it blows up like a balloon. If the one way valve is good, and there are no other leaks in the fuel system, it should hold pressure. You should be able to blow through the one way valve and watch your...
The guy who told you a more restrictive exhaust would give better bottom end is wrong. Its the other way around.
Anyway, you need to give us a ballpark number for what you want for it. Thats the only way to know if there's some interest for it.

If you're racing stock class, you can send your cylinder to GroupK and they will bore it up to the max legal limit 850cc. That will give it some good power for a stocker. Its pretty cheap too considering what you get.

it doesn't sound like anything about it has been done to convert it yet. Although it might have been your intention to make an 1100 blaster, you're not selling an 1100 project.
The gauss of constant magnets is constantly deteriorating, but its so slow that its hardly noticeable. I doubt thats your problem. It definitely wouldn't be working one day and not the next.
I dont blame Renthal for not replacing them, but what kind of company tells you to replace their product after every ride? Who would want to buy a set of bars that are good for one ride? I understand if you're Ryan Villapoto, but not the average guy. Thats a horrible products if thats the case.
Its a little difficult to tell without something next to it for reference, but based on what we can see it looks a little short and wide to be a blaster seat cover.
Are you sure you have no spark? The lights need to be pretty dim to see it. The most likely cause for not having spark is a bad CDI, especially if you have an MSD. The stock CDI is pretty solid.
