But your exhaust will always be much hotter. The flow control valve opens up flow at mid range to wide open keeping the exhaust cool.

That is what makes it so great, it never has that bottom end bog. For surf riding you can do without, but for flat water, it keeps the throttle responce crisp for coming out of a setup wake. Worth the $50 IMO. I remember Slutty telling me his ski wont run right without it, I put his on my ski...

LMAO... There is always more too it then what people see on this forum.... of course it's the greatest pole out there when the ritchest guy in Jet Skiing provided it for free.

Thats the thing that kills me, you spend all that $ then you still need to do mods to be able to hold the pig up. And out of those 5 people how many of them are sponsored, or got the pole for cost or cheaper. :pokey: I do like the looks, but that is it. If it was a 8lb pole like a stock round...

I would say it's the most overrated, overpriced thing you could buy for a ski. Jmo. heavy and expensive. I would suggest a short steer plate and bars setup (2.5" or -3.25'), and cutting a stock pole down, start with -2". If you want it even shorter, cut another 1" or whatever you think at...
