Back chopped and front is simi back together and ready for glass just a couple more minor adjustments and then it's shape and glass time. Just put a tape measure on it and I am at 89" from front to back

I understand the hx was designed for racing and not so much surf riding. I just like the hx and have for many years. I got a hull for free and have most of the parts around to build a 787 for it so my build cost would be very low. Also with a free hull that is the best price for getting a hull...
Very nice!! There will be a lot of modifying to get the hx down in length. My goal is to be close to or just a bit shorter if possible than a stock blaster.
