FWIW, I bought a carbon hood. Bobby went above and beyond for me, even after the sale. Still curious though as I am making preparations for a new hull and rely on others feedback as well as my personal experience. Later.

FYI, word on the street (from nearly all sources) is that gopro still has the edge in video quality.

The Meramec is way too rocky for this. This silt 'processes' through the pump pretty good. Just takes the imperfections out of the pump, it's redneck blueprinting... lol.
