The problem with this is .......... most people save the money for the hull first, and the r&d trip money last. Obvious dilema ensues..
FWIW, I ordered a Trinity -2 EVO and I haven't lost a seconds sleep about it. I'm tickled pink actually.

First you need to decide if you want to ride an SXR, lightweight or not. Don't fool yourself by thinking there are not compromises either way. For what it is worth, I have a Trinity Evo on order...

I beleive it it the older version. It is for sale. See link. Its a great setup, just ask anyone who has run it. Stock steering cable, just need turnplate and bracet for steering cable.

FWIW,
I bought a carbon hood. Bobby went above and beyond for me, even after the sale. Still curious though as I am making preparations for a new hull and rely on others feedback as well as my personal experience.
Later.
I'm selling my 2005 hull and hood with title. I am sending pics to a guy in Michigan, though I am taking offers. Price depending on level of hull completion. Going Trinity.........
Text me email address and I will send pics as soon as I can.
Thanks!

Running up the shallows with the Jetmate chasing SXRs. Check out the slow motion clips for a great look at some of the nastiest fish around. These Asian Carp are a big problem, other than the fact that they are stinky, slimey and bleed all over the boat.
In an effort to reduce the gov't...
The Meramec is way too rocky for this. This silt 'processes' through the pump pretty good. Just takes the imperfections out of the pump, it's redneck blueprinting... lol.
