so the sheath is actually moving the linkage? I think you should have designed a little more leverage into it to make it easier on the wimpy cable, also wouldn't hurt to do that on the other end as well. now get your ski running and test it.:newangel:

how do those numbers change when you modify the motor? with some porting does the dry gain any over the wet?

as I told Vumad, make sure you reinforce the front and sides because now it basically is the strength of the ski, and if you try it on a virgin ski you can stand on the ski and grip the bars and twist the hull like 1/4 inch. now you cut most of the angles away it will be even weaker.
