If you just want it repaired either of us could do it.
IF you want it built, ported, tuned, maximized, get every last mollecule of power out of it(choose any or all of the options)- take it to x-scream! :hail:
Since you only just touched on the subject and the way the pics move so fast from one stage to the next. I just want to stress for the novice- this is a MASSIVE undertaking. it takes forever to make things smooth and perfect and it has to be to make a good mold.
Very nice work and quality...
I landed pretty hard on my exhaust and busted the aluminum collar that holds the black nozzle to the hull. it still holds it on but not for long. Blowsion sells a nice ring to replace it- but I can't get the thing out of the hull. Before I go and break it into a million pieces can someone...
this would be the next weak link. I know it sucks, but would you rather try to reglass the inserts or replace mounts? what if it cracked the hull or pulled a bunch of the hull with it? ouch. just something to think about. I think everyone who has broken mounts has toyed around with this...
not sure who it was but I saw an exhaust manifold- cast - that was made for the b pipe. looks like what we had intended to do. my next best step was for aluminum tubing to replace the crappy stainless. No time-no money(Tims money that is:smile:)
I don't think the conversion is all that...
I am not stuck for steering- I am having one made by x-metal. they will supply it for all the hoods. Cheaper than umi.
designed specifically for this setup.
and may work for other setups as well.
I was fockin with him. he knows.
Are you sure you want it on the bottom? maybe do that on the angle on the side/bottom since you will be cornering and leaned over. maybe that will still give you some of the loose back end on carving the surf but come into play while carving on the flat.
