Hold the steering nozzle tight and turn the handle bars, does the steering nozzle move fully when pressure is applied to it? Might be a cable issue..

Also when lining up your engine and midshaft couplers, do so without the rubber dampener in between the couplers. Once you have the engine shims where they need to be and both sides of the couplers are perfectly lined up, move the motor forward and put the dampener back in. Then move the engine...

I would mask the tray unless you are not planning on turfing until the paint is fully cured, the glue will make the paint gummy and will not stick good.

I had the same fitment issues with mine. I just found the high spots on the tubbies and ground them down to fit.

Yeah, someone installed tubbies on it and a ride plate. Post some pictures of under the hood, might be some more goodies in there.

Limited pipe. Riva waterbox. And it has Umi steering, lots of nice parts and a good price!

You don't need to pull the motor..water box and if you need more room you can pull the gas tank.
