Thank you both! I will head down to ACE Hardware and see what I can find. I'm tempted to use stainless countersink bolts under the seal with the flat bar so it still seals well. (pretty sure I have a watcon seal) :) Myself good idea to heat it up and slowly tighten it up.

I thought the angle grinder with a cutoff wheel worked really well for grinding the blade flat due to its size. I think I will probably use a file to give it the 45 degree angle like Myself mentioned. Using sandpaper at the end seems like a nice touch. Thanks for the link to the printable pitch...

This is a good tip. I'm going to have to do something with mine as its sagging a bit. Do you use aluminum or Steel John? Aluminum seems more ideal.
