Floor Polish is definitely a secret sauce :D My dad used to use Future floor polish on our dirt bikes as a kid. it gave the plastic a good shine! They dont make it anymore. Ill have to pick some of this up.

I had a solas big hub 9/15 in my B1 and it was not great. I was getting cavitation when accelerating hard, and all it had was good hit off the bottom. Leading edge upped it to a 10/17 or 10/16. They do great work.

Thanks for showing your process through all of this. It really helped me in doing the bottom of my Blaster. It was my first time using a spray gun as well as doing gel coat. I ended up using about 3 quarts. 6% styrene and 2% MEKP same as you but with a 2.5mm tip. Man I had trouble getting it to...

Cool little mod. Did you cut down the original battery box and then glass in a new bottom? I thought about bottom mounting a battery until I bought the Noco NLP 14 which weights practically nothing.

Im in the same boat. I have a small extinguisher and was looking at using some existing holes in the hood and some strong rubber straps.

I would align it if you removed the entire pump. Jetmaniac carries the new Push alignment tool. I just purchased one to get mine aligned. Its not cheap but better than prematurely wearing out your driveshaft and mid shaft
