I got this idea it would be cool to look back at R&D's website using the wayback machine. Does anyone know what there URL was back in the day?

Thanks for the help and documenting repairs for us learning! I will pick up a little bit more resin and give that a go. Do you think using a healthy amount of Cabosil would be ok or best to pick up something like this?
I used the taping trick you showed in your flipping thread when filling...
Would you have any recommendations on how to build up the center portions a hair that all the gel coat is removed from? I am trying to remember what they are called, its not a skeg. Over the last 31 years previous owners have ground the tops of them down a bit. I tried putting a 1 inch wide...
I found that out using it mixed on a board last summer on an 90 degree day. boy does that stuff get hard really quick! Its been in the low 50s here for a high so im going to wait till we get a 70 degree day :D
Thanks for the tips! I have not heard of the Smoothie additive, the Duratec seems popular though. yeah at $50 Duratec is not cheap..
This is a race boat so I was going for a bit of an orange peel on the bottom and planned on sanding the sides smooth. I was impressed with JaveStack's results...
I was hoping you would have an idea!. Thank you :) Ill give it a go! I would think a mechanical bond would be sufficient. Im sanding the entire thing down with 80 before shooting the gel coat.
I have been watching Fish bump TV on youtube and learned a lot there, he has some really good videos.
Has anyone ever used this filler and top coated it with Gelcoat or know if they are compatible? I'm repairing the fiberglass bottom of my Blaster using some polyester resin. (it's what I had and that's what the factory service manual says to use) and am finding some sort of fairing compound...
This is helpful, thank you! The previous owners of my blaster rattle can painted it flat black. while they did a decent job the paint is soft and any little bit of fuel spilled on it makes a mess.
I just may have to build something like that to take 2 skis and camper trailer to races. how to attach the ramp is the part I'm not sure about. I really should get a headache rack just in case :D
Im in a similar situation. Trying to get a WB1 and a stand up in the back of my truck. A lot of the solutions are quite expensive. One thing I dont like is the ramp is so dang steep when you have to go above the sides of the bed. I think for a solution like yours to be successful some sort of a...
I am having a similar problem with my B2's fuel gauge. just reads one green light. Im going to check this.
WFO Speedracer, is the yamaha oil pump really that un reliable or is it just the lines that go bad and then people have a problem?
Awesome looking product with customization. I understand what moving the steering cable in or out from the pivot point would do. What affect does adding a ring with additional length have? Less porpoising?
