The typical level of energy required to ignite the mixture in a spark-ignition engine is around 30 mJ.
The zeeltronic puts out " constant spark energy from idle to 12500RPM >55mJ"I
I could not see why you would need more at all.
It does actually look when you go off car ignition that the msd...
NO in fact i dont think it would be possible. I would not hit the test feature while the plugs are in either. It may make a loud offensive noise when it fires up the mixture in the cylinder. if you are lucky you exhaust port maybe open and the water box will exit stage left taking your ear-drums...
Fair enough, personally I will never g back to an enhancer. I love the feature of the test button the Zeel. If you have no spark then a quick push of the test button tells you if its the coil or the pickup.
The reason behind this is the zeeltronic is a dc ignition and pull power straight from the battery. The msd is using the cranking of the engine to develop voltage.
Yes your right on that one, the oem 44 that theory does not work, I am happy to about 2 turns out and then I start thinking I can run a bigger low and pick up more torque
I would go for the dry with the silicone adapter. It will give you a flexible join of sorts the red made great power but unless ll the planets aligned they used to blow that gasket a lot. you could make them reliable but you need the patience of a monk to align them correctly
I hear you guys on making parts. I was wondering if the nossle would hold up to the load froma 3d printed part but it would seem it did other than when you modded it.
You must have a heap better 3d printer than I have.
The issue i guess is that while it could handle it, when they modified it...
Hey has anyone received these. I have one that needs new sleeves. I have heard 951 seadoo but the exhaust port shape is different. I have reached out to ada but have not heard back
cheers.
If some one was to make a exhaust manifold like a Yamaha b-pipe style. What size would you want the out let to be. I know every one enlarges it but if it was a replacement you can have it to big as it will not work with stock systems
