The Black Surf Freak or the Blue/Silver Flatwater freak? Both are Full Carbon hulls, Blk is Std length, The Blue/Silver is -4.3 thats from the rear bulkhead back.

I'm running a 9/15 Hooker in my surf ski, 61X/61X B pipe 180 comp, MSD Enh.. Decent bottom end, great Mid & still fast on top... Works great in the surf, I say go with a 9/15.

Riser 75mm bars, makes a great surf setup. I run 50mm bars on my surf ski (rrp). For flatwater IMO I would run straight bars. Post pics of 2 RRP setups tomorrow

Lucas has it on the Black Surf Superfreak. Work perfect, can't go wrong with the RRP steering.. I will snap some pics tomorrow before we ride

Pole length is really how you like a ski to feel.. My FW ski has a XM adj set at -5, plus -3.? turn plate on top of the pole mounted +5 forward already so overall thats -13.. For flatwater I could go another -2 & be very happy, but its working okay now. Surf I want a Std length, but now we know...

Thats really cool about the custom XM pole... That might be the way I go, I like the Carbon pole but you can't adjust it. Its always nice to have that extra to play with. Your going to love your hull, & that length is perfect... TEM GET TO WORK! J/K can't wait to ride with ya, I know we got...

After a full day of surf riding the Superfreak Sunday this hull really fits me perfect.... Yesterday was not perfect surf, but at least it had size... The hull performed well riding head high surf faces, I dropped into a few big waves, gotta love that Rocker... I think Bill & Blake got some...
