Also Matt if you look you can see I mounted the Ebox like a FX1 directly to the bulkhead with a little turf. Makes a little more room behind the engine.

I put mine in the center on but theres room on the top half of the bulkhead... I just put mine in the middle so my foot stays away from the handle

I did my first #.Zero set flush, ski rode fine but had the low speed wobble and wasn't as stable wfo. Now I just installed another set on my new surf ski, mounted them up about 1/4 to 1/8 and it made the ski perfect IMO , no wobble, wfo no problem, feels great surfing the wave. Dan need to...

Not 80 grit! You will need to wet sand it with 220, then prime it, after that you will find some area's that need attention.. These are the steps for a nice paint job..

I think Blue/Chris tested a B pipe (Stock/ XS Mod) back to back same motor & conditions & said he didn't notice any differance in performance. Not 100% it was brought up with some engine pipe questions in a group of people. I ran XS mod B pipe on my 865SS setup and never had a problem....

Thrust Had at least 4 straight pull systems , never a problem, perfect fit, SS bushings now so no problems. IMO the straight pull is easier to pull than the ez pull pulley set up, and I'm pulling mine with xs1000 power, lol Jetmaniac has the reduction nozzle you need. Also just a thought...

It takes 4-6 hrs in my shop at 70-80 deg, not fully cured hard until 24 hrs. Used a lot of that 3:1 with my builds
