i do powder coating as well and i like the color options with powder and if done right and preped well it will last

keeping it look at it now just finished it on the sxr over haul

a few updates like the nose piece and hood and graphics let me know what you think so far :woot:

so it is time to redo my whole sxr some new footholds new custom powder coat new turf lil more brap and a one off custom nose piec i all ready did some of the powder coating this is what the ski looked like

yep the plug could spin in the hex but i think i found out what it is i think the squish is a lil tight lol nothing got hurt

so i had a funny prob happen today i rode with my new motor setup and one of the plugs backed out so i replaced both plugs and torque them down and rode on last time when i got home both plugs were lose agian i have a jsu head and the threads are tight also the white part of the plug came lose...

dumb that wont let any water out at all

you can leave the green heat sensor in with the plate it wont advance the timming inless you over heat which it will run like shi@ and then you know you have a prob

white plug is not needed any more but keep the green plug pluged in unless you use the jumper which advances the timming
