FYI. plush is now black. they changed the color because the white was dirty and people whine about it. Like it matters its never going to be seen again?!
steve you might tell him we live in a global economy now and they had better see the writing on the wall if they want to stay in the game. then again, how much of a riding season do you have up there? I guess its equal parts, jetskis-4wheelers-snowmobiles? eh? lol
it is to me. turfing is not something I want to do very often so I buy what I think is the best. in terms of comfort and wear, the plush is the best.if that means I have to take a little more time and dull a razor every cut, so be it. I wont be returfing for years.
the flywheel also dampens vibrations, on some types of motors it balances the rotating mass. It gives inertia to the driveline. (gives it some ass)
it will rev a tiny bit quicker with less weight but you also loose a little bit of power on the follow thru.
not bad or good just like...
lemme know if you need some help with the rideplate when you get there. should be pulling my visual carbon fx1 plate off the mold today. see how it goes.
someone should mention the purpose of the flywheel to really cover all the ins and outs. (beyond it holding the starter ring and charging components) which also makes the TL flywheel noteworthy. that is a lightened flywheel. lol
not sure how much you thought about how to do the pump, but we have a skunksworks project doing the same thing. by mounts you mean the pump correct? cause the motor doesnt need to move. I was thinking it would be nice to use the sj rideplate but I think that I will have to keep the fx plate or...
lol why on earth would you do that? I would imagine with shipping it would be cheaper to get them from anybody in the states? Did they look like that in the add?
hopefully they are thin enough to bend down and stay when you screw them in. I would glass the crap out of em to make sure they...
not yet I only have like 5 projects going on at the moment. in addition to making the parts. I have a few hours left on the liner and its ready for pulling a mold. I see you posted on the 12th and its the 22 now. lemme know if you still are needing it and what your timeline is.
this is very true. another truth is he is now riding a sj. lol.
Dice- if you cant take a little ribbing you are in the wrong ride group. that was gentle for us. I find it odd that you are starting a fight over it with the "mayor" He is normally the guy that talks to all standup riders...
yes I made them to line up with the bottom of the hull and follow up the front. if you feel you want them further back then by all means move them. your weight and ride stance will ultimately decide where you go. if you ride surf stance you may still want them forward. they are fairly wide...
