And more SS nonsense. The Captain had these holes in tray for bilge switch/ primer. Hmm. Single bolt primer well, no more crusty nut battles in hull.

More SS nonsense, Pole bracket bottom plate.

    The Naked Bot

Some SS nonsense, turned down a bilge fitting for a bow eye.

    The Naked Bot

Hull layup was thin by front hood pin, used rain gutter for mold, added carbon.

After my Rickter I figured drains would be better, so I had to come up with drains that would fit an M10 hole. A quick trip to my buddy FlashFx's magic machine shop and presto, Mike-Ro Drains 2.0.

    The Naked Bot

The Captain had this boat for a short time and this is how the aluminum drains looked. I bonded in SS weld nuts for drain/plugs.

All my carbon non-sense added this weight wise.

Pipe sits like this fully strapped in.

Front corner of tank was too close to pipe, Limited Slip hooked me up with this mod.

I made plate to hold waterbox off side of hull, with captive bungees like the tank. I made PFP bungees captive also.

I can't stand bungees with twists and knots so I made clips to work with standard lengths.

Next up was PFP Pipe mounting. I had to grind 2 inserts out and fabbed up clip to mount tank and pipe.

    The Naked Bot

I engineered tray so tank would fasten to it.

Next task was to mount Limited Slip 4.7. I'm thinking tank+fuel+battery= cinder block. Decided to make a tank tray. Wound up closing this side later.

I hung this from top of hood thru breathers. I'll run Outwear socks over grates. Hopefully this will help control water ingestion.

    The Naked Bot

Made some hardware for attaching. Wound up not using carbon bevel washers, at least I learned how to make them.

    The Naked Bot

I bonded halves together. These were 3 layers with intentions of final wrapping layer. Next I fabbed a holder for this.

    The Naked Bot

After I had 2 halves I added a spigot for breather hose. Question, is it still visual carbon if you can't see it? This is inside.

The next thing was addressing the breathing issue. Aquabot hoods suck for breather tube placement. They have a single wall section at the front of the hood, cavity at the back. The Captain had put these in with intentions of adding hoses later. I wanted to run a Limited slip 4.7 so hoses were...

    The Naked Bot

I knew I'd be flipping the stator so I wanted a way to " lock" the housings since I knew the dowels would no longer line up. I used some weld nuts and spacers to size up some standard bolts for thru bolting. These would act like dowels. When I knew what I needed I had "hat" bushings fabbed...
