This is how I wired bilge. Deutsch connector on left to pump, 2 in center to bar mount switch, 1 on right to batt/fuse. In event of switch fail, pump can be plug direct to batt. Also good for troubleshooting.

Out of all the steps of build PFP Pipe/Waterbox install was surprisingly one of the easiest. 20 minutes at most. In part due to Silbers box to bulkhead hose, worth every penny.

Somewhere I have a brand new coupler cover that I cant find. In my frustration I fabbed this in 3hrs. Less than the time I would have spent going thru my squirrel piles of crap. Bonded on washer for fewer loose parts.

Converted my pump setup jig into a coupler setup jig. Wound up+9mm on coupler w/ pre 08 shaft.

Pump, trim install, and the other magic number.

Swivel nuts for pole spring install. Yes, I run a spring, not pinch bolts. If I didn't want pole to move I'd buy a fixie.
